National retailer Sears, Roebuck and Co. has renewed its 73,000-square-foot lease at 21 Pacella Park Drive in Randolph.
Robert Cronin and Christopher Decembrele of Boston’s Colliers Meredith & Grew’s represented Sears, Roebuck and Co. in the lease transaction with landlord Equity Industrial Partners Corp., according to a statement.
