Health and human service provider The Mentor Network has leased over 30,000 square feet on the top floor at Lupoli Cos.’ Riverwalk complex in Lawrence as office space for more than 200 employees.
Lupoli Cos. recently renovated over 60,000 square feet, retaining the original wood truss framing and vaulted ceilings and additional windows in the former Worsted Wood Mill buildings on the Merrimack River.
The 3.6-million-square-foot complex has attracted 39 companies bringing 370 jobs to Lawrence in the past year, bringing the tenant roster to 200 companies employing 4,000 people. Other education and social service tenants include Melmark New England, Clarendon Early Education Services and Family Continuity.
The Mentor Network is scheduled to take occupancy in fall 2018. Victor Salvino IV of Mohr Partners’ Boston office represented The Mentor Network in the transaction.
