Sales associates Lynda Surdam, Alice Miller and Karen Bernier of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s (CBRB) Manchester office, have been recognized as part of the top-producing real estate professionals on the North Shore in 2010.
Surdam, Miller and Bernier ranked in the top 10 for total dollar volume in the North Shore communities of Beverly, Danvers, Essex, Gloucester, Hamilton, Ipswich, Manchester, Rockport and Wenham, according to statistics from the MLS Property Information Network.
Surdam ranked No. 5 in total dollar volume, selling nearly $14 million worth of real estate; Miller ranked No. 7, selling more than $12.6 million worth of real estate; and Karen Bernier ranked No. 8, selling almost $12.5 million worth of real estate.
