Shawmut Design and Construction, a national construction management firm, recently announced the promotion of Tim Hurdelbrink to director of construction operations for institutional clients in the New England region.

In his new role, Hurdelbrink will bring experience previous experience as a senior executive to improve project delivery and client satisfaction. In this position, he will lead process improvement, lean construction and collaborative approaches.
