Two new tenants have signed leases totaling nearly 8,000 square feet at the Walpole Station Business Center at 55 West St.

Shawmut Engineering Co. leased 5,000 square feet of light manufacturing, storage and office space, and ClimateStore Inc. leased 2,915 square feet of office and storage space.

Jan Behler of Atlantic Commercial Real Estate LLC represented both of the tenants. Michael Manzo, partner at The Manzo Co., represented Walpole Station Business Center.

"Shawmut Engineering Co. brings us a multi-generational family-owned light-industrial business involved in the commercial baking equipment industry. ClimateStore Inc. adds an exciting new "e-tailer" startup to our roster with a focus on environmentally sustainable and carbon reducing consumer products," Manzo said in a statement. "Both deals speak to the flexibility and creativity offered by ownership of the WSBC in accommodating a wide variety of commercial space needs."

Walpole Station Business Center is an approximately 315,000 mixed-use property situated near the Walpole town center.
