Commercial real estate firm CB Richard Ellis, which handles the leasing and management of 625 Mount Auburn St. in Cambridge, is offering two Red Sox tickets to companies that lease space in the building.
Employees at Mount Auburn Hospital and HDS Architects will get a pair of tickets after their companies leased 1,900 square feet and 2,250 square feet, respectively, at 625 Mount Auburn St.
Mount Auburn Hospital will occupy space on the first floor and HDS Architects will be on the second floor.
The building was also recently awarded an Energy Star for superior energy efficiency by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
"We are pleased to welcome two new tenants to the 625 Mount Auburn St. community," said John Kolb, vice president of KBS Realty Advisors, which owns the building. "Our commitment to developing a best-in-class property has enabled us to land new quality tenants that understand the benefits of our Energy Star award for both their employees and their bottom line."
