Bostonians of some duration remember it as the Fenway Burger King property. Development-watchers have referred to it as “1350 Boylston” in recent years as Skanska USA obtained approvals and began construction of a 17-story luxury apartment tower on the 1.5-acre site.

Now as it prepares for move-ins in the fall, the 183,000-square-foot building has a permanent name: The Harlo.

Amenities in the 212-unit building will include a fifth-floor terrace with grills and fire pit, 18th-floor “Sky Deck” with views of Fenway Park, fitness center, outdoor yoga terrace, private dining and event space and pet spa. Brooklyn designer Mark Zeff designed common area decor.

Two of the three retail spaces in the building have been leased to Tatte Bakery & Cafe and Oath Craft Pizza. Bozzuto will manage the property including 24-hour concierge service.

“The Harlo’s standout amenities and distinctive floor plans, including expansive lofts, appeal to a diverse group of people seeking the ultimate in urban convenience at home,” Charley Leatherbee, head of Skanska’s real estate development operations in Boston, said in a statement.
