Skanska Names Property Manager For Seaport Tower

Cushman & Wakefield has been selected to provide property management and engineering operations for 121 Seaport, developer Skanska’s 400,000-square-foot office tower nearing completion in Boston’s Seaport District.

Designed by CBT Architects, the 17-story elliptical tower scheduled for completion in April is leased to tech firm PTC which will relocate from Needham and Alexion Pharmaceuticals, which is moving its headquarters from New Haven, Connecticut. The building also contains two floors of retail space.
