Developers of the 21-story Sky Everett apartment tower are set to move forward with construction drawings and seek financing following the $210 million project’s approval.

The Everett Planning Board Monday unanimously approved a site plan for the high-rise at 114 Spring St., including 366 apartments with Boston skyline views and a rooftop restaurant operated by Varano Group.

The Spring Street property is under agreement by V10 Development, a partnership between former Wynn Resorts executive John Tocco and Volnay Capital of Boston.

The final local approval clears the way for the project to begin construction drawings, Tocco said. Developers are targeting a spring 2022 groundbreaking.

The planned MBTA Silver Line Extension and fast-track permitting for multifamily projects in Everett’s Triangle District off Revere Beach Parkway has spurred a recent development boom, with more than 3,000 apartments in the pipeline. Many of the projects involve redevelopment of former industrial or retail properties.
