Swix Sport USA Inc., a distributor of various ski equipment and supplies, has leased 64,000 square feet at 60 Newark St. in Haverhill.
David Stubblebine, James Stubblebine, and Micah Stubblebine of Lexington-based The Stubblebine Co./CORFAC International represented both the tenant and the landlord, Leewood Realty Trust, in the lease transaction, according to a statement.
