Contractors Association Leases Quincy Space

The New England Mechanical Contractors Association (NEMCA) has leased 1,721 square feet of space at 1266 Furnace Brook Parkway in Quincy.

Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for Quincy-based The Grossman Cos. Inc., handled negotiations for the lease, according to a statement.
