Greensboro, N.C.-based Bell Partners Inc. has acquired the Lodge at Stoughton, a 240-unit apartment complex at 400 Technology Center Drive, from The Hanover Co.

Previously known as The Lodge At Stoughton, the property will be renamed Bell Stoughton and managed by Bell Partners. The purchase price was $54.1 million, or $225,000 per unit.

"This community represents a continuation of Bell’s investment strategy to acquire well-located communities in our target markets with an opportunity to enhance value via our operating platform," Nickolah Bochilo, Bell Partners’ senior vice president of investments, said in a statement.

The property contains four residential buildings, a fitness club, business center and swimming pool.
