Stratus Technologies has leased 102,321 square feet at Mill & Main, the former Clock Tower Place mill redevelopment in Maynard.
Saracen Properties and Artemis Real Estate Partners acquired the 1.1-million-square-foot property at a public auction earlier this year and are repositioning it to fill vacancies within the complex, which lost 300,000 square feet of occupancy in early 2014 with the departure of Monster Worldwide’s offices. The plans include ground-floor retail, new communal spaces, a riverside boardwalk and planned brew pub at the 40-acre campus.
Cushman and Wakefield’s J.R. McDonald, Mike Frisoli and Matt Morgan represented the landlord in the transaction. Robert Emden, Drew Nelson and Troy Coady of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented Stratus Technologies, a software and cloud computing company currently located at 116 Powder Mill Road in Maynard. Relocation will take place in March 2016.
