2 Heritage Drive Quincy, MA for use by Campanelli Companies
Student travel site WorldStrides has leased 9,000 square feet in North Quincy.
The company will relocate to the new space at Campanelli’s Heritage Two office complex from Boston’s Fort Point in September.

Since acquiring the two-building, 518,882-square-foot Heritage Landing complex in 2013, Braintree-based Campanelli has signed more than 240,000 square feet of leases with 15 tenants. More than two-thirds of the new tenants have relocated from Boston, including the Massachusetts Teachers Association, which leased 48,000 square feet at Heritage Two, and State Street Corp., which leased 90,000 square feet at Heritage One. Campanelli has installed a new entrance, full-service café, fitness facility and conference center, and lobby renovations are under way.
