Sullivan, Cotter and Assoc. Inc. has leased 3,500 square feet in Woburn.

The national consulting firm took occupancy of its new space at 300 TradeCenter in early October. It is part of a 600,000-square-foot office and technology park managed by Cummings Properties.

Cummings Properties leasing director Rob Yacobian worked with James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co. and Lou Suski of Sullivan Cotter’s national brokerage firm, Gaughan Cos., on the lease transaction.
