Rockland-based Integrated Builders will construct an 18,000-square-foot facility for Sunbelt Rentals Inc. in Marlborough.

The $425,000 project will involve concrete and structural steel construction as well as mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other finishes.

A subsidiary of Ashtead Group, Sunbelt provides rental of construction equipment.

Integrated Builders Project Manager Dean Kelliher and Superintendent Greg Webster will work with architect Chris Ladd of Ci Design and owner Calare Properties on the project containing 1,800 square feet of office space with the rest of the building being utilized as production and warehouse space.
