Sutton’s Pleasant Valley Country Club sold at auction on Tuesday for $5 million.
The 137-acre, 18-hole golf course was purchased by a local golf course owner, according to a statement. The property is located in Sutton’s Blackstone Valley at 95 Armsby Road and has 35,000 square feet of facilities including a clubhouse, restaurant, function rooms and pro shop.
Yarmouthport’s JJManning Auctioneers facilitated the auction.
