Retailer T.J. Maxx has renewed its 29,615-square-foot lease in Quincy.
The clothing store is an anchor tenant at Quincy Center, and has leased at the property since it opened in 2000.
Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for the Quincy-based Grossman Cos. Inc., represented the landlord, 126 Granite Street Trust. Grossman manages the plaza, which is 100 percent leased.
Other tenants at the 61,400 square-foot Quincy Center include Party City, Dress Barn, Olympia Sports, Papa Gino’s, Boston Market and Dunkin Donuts.
