A downtown Boston office building has been bought by Boston-based TA Realty for $46.1 million.

The building at 15 Broad St. was last sold in 2016 to an affiliate of Brookfield Properties for $32.53 million. Brookfield sold the adjoining 75 State St. office tower to a real estate private equity firm, the Rockpoint Group, in September.

Built in 1920, the 10-story boutique office building is 75,890 square feet in size and is assessed at $19.26 million, according to city property records. The ground floor is currently leased to menswear boutique Ari Boston.

JLL Boston’s capital markets team brokered the 15 Broad St. transaction.
