Talk International, a language school, will lease 8,000 square feet of space on the ground floor of 99 Bedford St. for its new Boston headquarters.
The school had been doing business at Regis College in Weston, but its lease is scheduled to run out on Jan. 1, 2014-meaning that it needs to move into the new downtown Boston space soon.
