Boston-based private equity firm Taurus Investment Holdings has completed the sale of a large logistics portfolio in four U.S. metros to alternative asset manager Investcorp for $614 million.

Taurus’ Bullseye Portfolio included 117 buildings spanning 8.2 million square feet in the Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas and Memphis markets. Taurus will remain co-investment manager of the portfolio in a joint venture with Investcorp.

The portfolio included buildings ranging from 4,000 to 520,000 square feet located near population centers and ground and air transportation routes, and leased to more than 400 tenants.

Taurus will continue to seek acquisitions of last-mile distribution facilities in infill locations, managing director of U.S. industry Lathan Allen said in a statement.
