Avnet Inc., a transnational technology distributor, has leased 47,124 square feet at 400 Riverpark Drive in North Reading.

Avnet will move into the 150,000-square-foot, Class A office building in October, according to a statement.

The CBRE team of David Pergola, executive vice president/partner, Mark Reardon, executive vice president/partner and Jason Levendusky, first vice president, negotiated the lease on behalf of landlords DivcoWest and Taurus Investment Holdings. Matt Daniels, senior vice president, and Chris Lawrence, vice president, at Colliers Meredith & Grew represented Avnet.

"400 Riverpark Drive is a prime location with excellent nearby amenities for our employees and is a great fit for our company," said Robert Gracz, VP director of corporate real estate.
