The Bridgespan Group will relocate its corporate headquarters from Boylston Street to Copley Place expanding to 28,612 square feet of space.

The Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit corporation spun out of Bain & Co., delivers high-level strategy consulting services to the nonprofit sector. To accommodate its growth, the company will occupy a portion of the top floor of Two and Three Copley Place. The corporation currently occupies 20,000 square feet on several floors at 535/545 Boylston St.

"We are delighted to be moving to Copley Place in 2014," says Paul Rosenberg, partner and head of Bridgespan’s Boston office in a statement. "We feel the open plan of the space, which allows us all to be together on one floor, will support our values of collaboration, teamwork, and a flexible approach to helping our clients tackle very difficult issues in the nonprofit sector."

Rick Lowe and Brandon Leitner of Cresa Boston represented Bridgespan in the transaction. Kari Forgione and Barry Dubé of Cresa will oversee the project management activities for The Bridgespan Group’s relocation and move-in, slated for completion by March 2014.

The landlord, Simon Property Group, was represented by Ogden White of CB Richard Ellis.
