Burlington-based developer Nordblom Co. has acquired the Audacy media group’s studios near a gateway intersection in Allston, home of WEEI, Mix 104.1, Magic 106.7 and Big 103. The radio company plans to relocate its studios as it works to get out from under bankruptcy.

The 2-acre property at 83 Leo Birmingham Parkway property includes radio station studios and surface parking.

The property is located in an area that’s attracted significant development activity in recent years, including Mount Vernon Co.’s Radius apartments, a 117-unit apartment complex approved at 30 Leo Birmingham Parkway and a large mixed-use development approved for the WBZ-TV studios property on Soldiers Field Road.
