An affiliate of The Davis Cos. has purchased 303,460 square feet of office space in Waltham.

The company acquired two Class A office properties at 1025 and 1075 Main St. The properties, which were originally built in 1980, include a cafeteria, fitness center and parking in a four-level parking garage below 1075 Main. Area tenants include Citizens Disability and The Cambridge Institute of International Education.

Senior Managing Director Coleman Benedict and Director Ben Sayles of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler L.P. (HFF) represented the seller, an affiliate of KBS Real Estate Investment Trust Inc. The seven-year loan was acquired through Brookline Savings Bank and First Niagara Bank. Gramercy Property Trust advised KBS on the transaction as asset manager. The HFF debt placement team was led by Senior Managing Director Riaz Cassum and Director Brett Paulsrud.
