The Packaging Connection, a protective packaging provider, has leased 47,535 square feet at 21 Glenn St. in Lawrence.

Ted Geary of Klemmer Associates was the sole broker in the transaction, according to a statement.

"This worked out well for all parties, including the city of Lawrence, by keeping a growing company in more optimal space in the city and helping a local landlord lease a sizable amount of vacant space," said Geary.
