Northeast Community Bancorp, the New York-based holding company for Northeast Community Bank, has declared a quarterly dividend of three cents per common share.

Northeast Community Bank, a federally chartered savings bank, operates branches in Danvers and Plymouth.

The dividend will be paid on or about Aug. 2 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 9, the company said.
