An office park next to Hanscom Airfield in Concord is headed to 90 percent occupancy, up from 50 percent in 2017, following the execution of three leases for a total of 47,000 square feet.

The Middlesex Green office park’s three new tenants, whose leased spaces range in size from 4,600 to 26,000 square feet, include Chenega Corporation, represented by Avison Young’s Charlie Carroccio, Chris Mullen, Ron Friedman and Perry Beal of CBRE; HB Communications, represented by Neil Ross of JLL; and Applied Research Solutions represented by Scott Richmond of Landmark Real Estate Advisors.

Chenega Corporation leased the entire third floor for their new location, a total of 26,000 square feet, making them one of the largest tenants in the park; the office park now has 18 tenants.

Avison Young Principal Jack Kerrigan, along with associates Chris Adams and Chelsea Garvey and senior account manager Anne Flanagan, who are all based in the firm’s Boston office, represented the owner, Paradigm Properties.

“We are happy to have the park at 90% occupied and eager to continue the momentum,” Paradigm President John Caldwell said in a statement. “[Route] 128 tenants are realizing that Middlesex Green is a 128 office park.”

“HB Communications looks forward to becoming a part of the Middlesex Green workplace,” HB Communications CEO Dana Barron said in a statement. “The building’s green initiatives and the eco-conscious amenities will be a benefit to HB’s employees. This future focused approach is consistent with HB Communications’ mission and core values which look to improve the way our clients communicate and collaborate by blending environment with technology.”
