Tracy Clark has joined Hammond Residential Real Estate’s Chestnut Hill office as an agent.

Clark grew up in Brookline and moved to Newton, where she and her husband started their family. She has been very active in Newton Schools, and she has chaired many events for local non profits. Clark comes from a real estate family, and she has been a Realtor for many years.
