Redevelopment of the former Uno restaurant chain’s headquarters in West Roxbury would include a pair of 5-story apartment buildings totaling nearly 124,000 square feet.

Developers unveiled designs for the 100 Charles Park Road project, which would include 121 apartments and an 85-space underground garage on a 1.1-acre site.

Developer Nora LLC of Brookline owns all four parcels included in the site, located between Charles Park Road and Gardner Street, including the vacant former restaurant chain offices.

Designs by Brookline-based Sousa Design Architects include apartments with direct entries and large setbacks along Charles Park Road, according to a project notification form submitted this week to the Boston Planning & Development Agency. Both buildings would contain roof decks as a shared resident amenity.

The buildings will contain a “wide variety of unit size and styles” including 16 affordable units, the minimum required under Boston’s current inclusionary zoning policy.

Mayor Michelle Wu has proposed increasing the minimum percentage of income-restricted units in multifamily developments from 13 to 20 percent throughout the city, but projects under review are not required to comply with the higher threshold pending approval by the BPDA, Boston City Council and Boston Zoning Commission.

As a conditional use under the site’s zoning, the project will require a use variance from the Zoning Board of Appeal.
