A two-building, 107,400-square-foot industrial portfolio in Randolph has been purchased by a Boston-area property group.

Braintree-based F.P. Giglio Properties acquired 116-120 and 128-140 York Ave. for $5.5 million, according to the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds. The buildings are 50,000 and 57,400 square feet, respectively, and both located in Randolph’s York Industrial Park. The total site includes 7.88 acres of land.

The properties are presently fully leased and the new owner plan only minor changes.

The Conrad Group negotiated the sale.

“These buildings are extremely well built and enjoy unparalleled visibility to Route 24, offering unique signage opportunities with great highway access,” Jim McEvoy, senior vice president of The Conrad Group, said in a statement.

McEvoy represented the seller; he and Robert S. Conrad of The Conrad Group represented the buyer.
