A 42,751-square-foot flex building in Tyngsborough has sold for $2.2 million.
Parsons Commercial Group Inc. (PCG) brokered the sale of 100 Business Park Drive. Arlon I. Brown, senior vice president at Parsons Commercial Group, represented the seller, 100 Tyngsboro Business Park LLC.
The building is divisible down to 2,700 square feet and suitable for various uses including warehouse, industrial, office and R&D, Brown said.
Rick Putprush, managing director, also of Parsons Commercial Group, represented the buyer Enright LLC. "The buyer was looking for a solid real estate investment with some in-place income as well as significant upside. The property also included 20 acres of abutting business park zoned land within the Tyngsborough Business Park right off Exit 35 of Route 3," Putprush said.
