Lexington Realty Trust has sold an 80,000-square-foot office building at 33 Commercial St. in Foxborough.
The sale price was $4.1 million, according to records compiled by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman. The buyer is Sanskar Culture Society.
Colliers International’s Caleb Hudak, P.J. Foster and Steve Woelfel represented the seller and procured the buyer.
“The location of this site is truly unbeatable and the campus setting remains peaceful and conducive for various work environments,” Hudak said in a statement.
Located on an 18-acre parcel, the office building was most recently occupied by Schneider Electric and is currently vacant. A second 76,731-square-foot office building on a separate 23-acre parcel, also at 33 Commercial St., is available for sale or lease. The current owners have developed office renovation plans, but the zoning also allows such uses as self-storage, industrial, solar, religious and education.
