Vacca Joins Cresa’s Boston Market Group

Jon Vacca has joined Cresa Boston as a vice president in the firm’s growing Downtown Market Group. Vacca will provide transaction and account management services to local and national clients. His responsibilities include developing new business, strategic planning, analyzing real estate markets, and negotiating lease transactions.

Vacca has six years of commercial real estate experience in the Boston market. Prior to joining Cresa, he was as an associate on Cassidy Turley/FHO Partners’ corporate advisory team.

Vacca received a bachelor’s degree from Colby College. Vacca is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association, the West End House’s Young Professional’s Committee, the Colby C Club, and St. Sebastian’s Alumni Committee.
