Vantage Builders Begins Swim School Project

Goldfish Swim School pool Waltham-based Vantage Builders Inc has been hired by Goldfish Swim School-Needham to construct a new facility at 45 Fourth Ave. in Needham.

Birmingham, Mich.-based Goldfish Swim School offers indoor swim classes and programs for children 4 months and up.

Boston-based architects Silverman Trykowski Assoc. designed the renovation of an existing 13,000-square-foot warehouse into a facility containing a 2,100-square-foot pool, viewing area and reception space.

The build-out will require mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC work and is expected to be completed by early May. The project team also includes engineers VAV International Inc. and South Shore Gunite Pools.
