Curtis Industries has leased the 53,000-square-foot industrial building at 70 Hartwell St. in West Boylston, and will also occupy an additional structure currently under construction.
The 110,000-square-foot addition, set for completion in July 2017, will be customized for the tractor and work vehicle manufacturer’s needs, including 24-foot-high high bay doors.
David and James Stubblebine, Al Ringuette and Rob Stave of The Stubblebine Co. represented the landlord, West Boylston-based D & S Realty LLP. Stubblebine procured Curtis Industries directly.
