An 8,000-square-foot medical building in Wareham has sold for $1 million.
The Tobey medical office building at 106 Main St. is fully leased, according to a statement.
Paul Durgin, vice president of Conway Commercial, represented the seller, Riverside Realty Trust, and procured the buyer, Axis Tobey Medical LLC.
"It was a relatively quick sale in today’s market," said Durgin, who heads the commercial division of Jack Conway Realtor. "Medical office space is very much in demand from an investor’s standpoint, and this building is fully occupied with long-term tenants. It’s also within walking distance of Tobey Hospital, the area’s largest health care facility."
