New Hampshire-based developer MDP Development recently purchased 85 South St. in Warren, a 15-building, 600,000-square-foot industrial complex, for $2.2 million.
CB Richard Ellis/New England, a joint venture partner with CB Richard Ellis, represented the seller, Wrights Inc., a manufacturer of craft products. Katz Real Estate represented MDP Development.
