Waterfront Apartments Break Ground in Revere

A 145-unit apartment complex called BLVD at Revere Beach will include a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom units with 5,800 square feet of resident amenities.

NRP Group broke ground this month on the complex at 320 Revere Beach Blvd. Completion is scheduled for 2020.

The complex will include 2,500 square feet of retail space and a 189-space parking garage.

The amenity space includes a courtyard with fire pits, bocce courts, salt water pool, grills, sky lounge, fitness center and pet spa. Residents will have access to kayak rentals.

Capital One provided $35.3 million in construction financing.

Cleveland-based NRP Group has developed more than 33,000 apartments since 1994 and currently manages over 20,000 apartments.
