A Watertown 3D printing company will consolidate its headquarters at Boston Properties’ 60 Tower Road in Waltham and nearly double the size of its Billerica manufacturing facility.

Markforged leased 120,000 square feet at the Waltham office building, relocating from a pair of offices in Watertown.

Markforged will occupy the space in fall 2022. The new headquarters has capacity for 500 employees and includes a 5,000-square-foot roof deck and product showroom.

Markforged also announced that it will expand its manufacturing facility at 900 Middlesex Turnpike in Billerica by 22,000 square feet to 46,000 square feet by the end of 2022.

The company previously extended its 36,291-square-foot lease at the Riverworks at Aetna Mills complex in Watertown in 2020.

Markforged reported $64.6 million in revenues during the first nine months of 2021, up 36 percent from the previous year.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Rob Byrne and Philip Verre represented Markforged in its lease negotiations with Boston Properties, and IA Interior Architects has been selected as the design firm for its tenant fitout.
