A Newton developer is beginning construction of a Wellesley condominium complex that includes private outdoor space for all 35 units.

The 82,000 square-foot Terrazza Wellesley, which was designed by Embarc Studio, will include units ranging from 770 to 2,400 square feet in a 3-story building at 100 Linden St.

The project team includes general contractor Rise Construction Management, landscape architect Verdant, McKenzie Engineering Group, Vanasse & Associates, H+O Structural Engineers, Wozny | Barbar & Associates and SLS Consulting.

Advisors Living is marketing the units. Completion is scheduled for spring 2023.

Developers said all of the units will include private outdoor spaces, such as patios, balconies and a roof deck. The project will include concierge and valet service, a fitness center and private event spaces.
