An affiliate of Yee Enterprises has acquired a multifamily property for $9.4 million.

The company received $7.5 million in acquisition financing from CBRE/New England’s Multifamily Debt & Structured Finance group for the purchase of the 55-unit, two-building property in West Roxbury.

The four-story buildings, located at 218 and 250 Spring St., are directly across from the VA Hospital. Constructed in 1968, the market-rate community contains a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. The average unit size is 748 square feet. Some units have been updated more recently, featuring upgrades in bathrooms and kitchens.

CBRE/NE Senior Vice President John Kelly and Financial Analyst Sam Dylag secured financing through a local bank on behalf of the buyer.
