Westborough Apartment Complex Sold For $63.5M

Waltham-based DSF Group has purchased the 280-unit Flanders Hill apartment complex in Westborough for $63.5 million from Dallas-based Invesco.

The complex contains 13 residential buildings and a clubhouse. Invesco recently began renovations of the complex with new appliances, flooring and lighting. DSF will continue the renovations and add amenities, while renaming the complex Halstead Westborough.

Invesco bought the property for $80.9 million in December 2009 from AvalonBay Apartment Communities.

CBRE/New England Capital Markets’ Simon Butler and Biria St. John represented the seller.
