Two new office leases totaling 12,900 square feet have been signed at 115 Flanders Road in Westborough.

Communications technology company Arris Inc. leased 5,300 square feet of space. Matthew J. Morgan, associate at Parsons Commercial Group Inc., represented the tenant in the lease transaction.

"Arris Inc. was looking for an opportunity to upgrade their space and accommodate future growth," he said.

Associated Credit Services, a receivables management company, leased 7,600 square feet. Morgan also represented the tenant in the lease transaction.

"Associated Credit Services was looking for a centralized location allowing them to attract employees from a greater geographic area," Morgan said.

Marci Alvarado, vice president, and Jake Parsons, associate, of Parsons Commercial Group, represented the landlord, Westborough Equity Partners LLC, in both lease transactions.
