The Davis Cos. of Boston has completed renovations of 321-329 Riverside Ave. in Westport, which has been repositioned as Westport Center for Health.

Located directly off I-95 a mile from the Westport Train Station, the 38,000-square-foot Class A medical office center has signed leases with Village Pediatrics and Women’s Health Connecticut.

To create Westport Center for Health, TDC renovated four underutilized office buildings into medical office suites with flexible spaces for various-sized practices. TDC purchased the mortgage on the property, which was in foreclosure, in November 2012. Capital improvements included roof repairs, new signs, exterior repairs, a lobby renovation and new landscaping. The property has a property ratio of 6 spaces per 1,000 square feet including 77 garaged spaces.

TDC has invested nearly $3.8 billion in real estate equity, debt and fixed-income securities and owns a portfolio of approximately 12 million square feet across the eastern U.S.
