Wilmington Industrial Property Lands Full-Building Tenant

A German life science company has signed a full-building lease at 25 Upton Drive in Wilmington.

Eckert & Ziegler Radiopharma signed a 10-year lease for 40,000 square feet at 25 Upton Drive, which is owned by PGA Realty Co. of North Andover. The company, which manufacturers radiopharmaceuticals used in cancer treatment and research, is scheduled to occupy the space in the second quarter.

Lincoln Property Co.’s Rob Cronin and Jack Fisher represented ownership and procured the tenant.

“The [Interstate] 93 corridor is one of the best performing flex industrial submarkets in Greater Boston and has been the beneficiary of the surging market as tenants are forced to move north to find available space and pricing relief,” Cronin said in a statement.

PGA Realty owns and manages 300,000 square feet of office, industrial, and flex product north of Boston.
