Developer MP Boston began marketing 317 luxury condominiums at its new Financial District skyscraper and announced a Michelin-rated chef to lead its resident dining service.

Asking prices for The Residences at Winthrop Center range from $1.5 million to $15 million. John Fraser, the former owner of Dovetail restaurant on New York’s Upper West Side and owner of JF Restaurants group, is heading the property’s vegetarian-focused resident dining program, which includes six venues in the $1.3-billion development.

Designed by Handel Architects of New York, the 691-foot tower is scheduled for completion in early 2023. Resident amenities include a pair of sky terraces, a 75-foot indoor pool and a 6,500-square-foot “Club VIP” pet spa offering daycare, massages and and “pawdicures.” The Collective, a 24,000-square-foot amenity center, includes a fitness center, game room and coffee bar.

Condo sales in Boston’s urban core rebounded in 2021, according to a recent report by The Collaborative Cos. The 4,622 sales represented a 53 percent increase over 2021 and a 36 percent increase over the pre-pandemic levels of 2019.

The condos occupy the 35th through 62nd floors of the 691-foot-tall tower, built at a former city-owned parking garage at 115 Federal St. Another 812,000 square feet on the lower floors are dedicated to office space, including 115,000 square feet that have been leased to Cambridge Associates.
