YoFresh Yogurt Café has leased the last available retail space at 14 Austin St. in the Newtonville neighborhood of Newton, signing on to occupy 951 square feet.
The deal brought the 10-20 Austin St. property to 100 percent occupancy, according to a statement.
Based in Boston, YoFresh Yogurt Café offers an assortment of all natural, healthy yogurts through franchised shops and kiosks in 9 states. Newtonville is the first permanent store location in Massachusetts, joining a seasonal cart at historic Faneuil Hall in Boston, according to a statement.
Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for Quincy-based The Grossman Cos. Inc., represented the landlord, Austin Street Realty Trust. Lynn Cohen of KeyPoint Partners represented the tenant, franchisee Frank Amato.
