Dover Rug & Home and the Shade Store have signed leases at Nordblom Co.’s 3rd Ave. retail development in Burlington.

Dover Rug & Home, recipient of the 2014 Community Excellence Award from the Family Business Association of Massachusetts, sells rugs, carpets, custom window treatments, high-end hardwood and eco-friendly cork flooring.

The Shade Store is a family-run, custom window treatment company with a collection of more than 900 fabrics and materials with 30 showrooms nationwide.

“Aligning with our home goods theme, Dover Rug & Home and The Shade Store will bring more of the unique, high-quality products and services to 3rd Ave,” Adele Olivier, senior vice president for Nordblom Co., said in a statement.

The tenant roster at 3rd Ave. now includes Wegmans, The Bancroft, Tony C’s, Kings, Osteria Nino, Bedford Farms, Boston Interiors, Carter’s Diamonds, Cambridge Savings Bank, PAUL Bakery, 18|8 Fine Men’s Salon, Redstone American Grill, Quinstance and Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. A Kohler Signature Store will open shortly.
