Avon Industrial Landlord Inks 130K SF to Two Tenants

The New York-based owner of two Avon industrial properties signed leases totaling 130,000 square feet to a wholesaler and solar power producer.

HVAC distributor DCNE signed a full-building warehouse lease for 70,337 square feet at 54 Bodwell St. Solar power producer committed to the entire 60,282-square-foot 61 Strafello Road within the same industrial park.

The Strafello Drive property was built in 1974 and acquired by DH Holdings in August 2021 for $5.9 million, according to assessors’ records.

Colliers’ Ovar Osvold, Sean Hannigan and Kevin Brawley represented ownership in the lease transactions.

Vacancies of Class B industrial space in Greater Boston have remained below 4 percent for more than 28 straight quarters, according to Colliers data.
